Yes. Go to Trash, select your email, and click the button labeled ‘Move to Inbox’. Note: If you have emptied your Trash after deleting the email, you will not be able to recover it. Please remember that email messages in 'Trash' only remain for 30 days from the day you delete them.
In GreenMail, scroll down to the bottom of any page, and you'll notice the message similar to:
"You are currently using XXX MB (XX%) of your 7000 MB."
This will give you an idea about how much space you are using, and approximately how much space you have left.
